Enterprise Applications Support

What are the limits of innovation and exploration? How do we continue to evolve as a species?

SUMMARY: Our team is looking for an Enterprise Applications support team member to provide support and maintenance of Axiom’s mission-critical corporate applications and will help ensure company productivity through the configuration various software tools. We are looking for an individual who will lead and direct the work of collaboration tools under direction of Enterprise Applications team including technical and functional resources through implementation, enhancement, and maintenance cycles. The role requires a technical background, organizational time management, and adept communication skills.

· Responsible for partnering with IT to provision engineering hardware, software tools, and supporting enterprise-wide applications

· Consolidate and share data, catalogue resources, and refine processes among engineering hardware, software tools, and enterprise-wide applications

· Support development and validation of automated business/engineering systems through integrated API resources

· Thorough knowledge of systems design, scripting development, implementation, user support principles and practices

· Responsible for communicating technical information to technical and non-technical focused audiences through a variety of digital mediums not limited to reports, presentations, and dashboards.

· Familiarity with Agile Scrum Project management and DevOps principles

· Experience with Information system troubleshooting (ERP)

· Manage engineering hardware and software procurement processes, license pools, and routine application maintenance

· Maintain instances of Atlassian environments - obsolete data, projects and spaces, updating roles and spaces for organizational changes

· Monitor Atlassian environments to optimize reliability, scalability, integration, upgrade cycles, and system performance.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or similar technical discipline

· 2+ years of experience administering enterprise systems/applications (SaaS/PaaS, SAP, Costpoint, Atlassian, O365, SharePoint, Service Now)

· 2+ years of professional experience with IT Operating systems, networking, and system administration or a combination of the top three bullets listed here or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree is also sufficient for the role

· Familiarity in variety of hardware/software configurations and experience with vendor management.

Essential Functions

Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.


• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.

 Physical Requirements

• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
